[pronut-hiv] Request for materials

Good suggestion for the request for materials
------------------------------------------------------------------

Congratulations with this new and interesting discussion group.

Only that now there are too many mails going around and copied to everybody
asking for copies of materials. I suggest that people who ask for materials
or who have other follow up questions which are not of interest to others
on the list contact the person directly without sending it to the whole
discussion group.

I assume that many of us would like to have the opportunity to have a look
at guidelines, training manuals, IEC materials, program experiences etc.
that are available. Would it be possible for those who have such materials
to or attach a copy to their mail or refer us to a website where we can get
a copy? Maybe also the moderators of this discussion group could play a
role in collecting and sharing materials because there is really much out
there, but not many know about it.

Maybe someone on this list has the possibility (time) to start collecting
documents (of course we will all help by submitting whatever we have) with
regards to nutrition and HIV/AIDS. After organizing them according to theme
or type of document they can be put on a CD ROM for distribution or be put
on a website. Of course it would even be better if a comparison/review of
the materials was done, but I can imagine that would be asking too much and
just having them available would already be a great first step.
