Dear Deon,

First of all, you need to get in touch with your
brother's medical specialist. The way you described
his situation, he needs some biomedical help. Do not
lose time and opportunity of getting some help. Get
the help of the nearest social worker in your place
who can help you with some referrals where you can get
some answers to your concerns. I am pretty sure that
there are some community based groups or NGOs working
for the welfare of people living with AIDS. There
might be some groups of people living with HIV and
AIDS in your place or your brother's place.

 someone who can give us a diet that will assist.
