[pronut-hiv] Red palm oil use and nutrition (2)

Use of Palm oil as a source of nutrients. What should we know?

Red Palm oil has traces of minerals and vitamins, but not enough to mention!

Vitamin A is sensitive to heat and light, so boiling would destroy some of
the vitamin A. I can't tell you how much though.
