Never too late. I was away from my work station and just got back.Evidence based indeed has been over taken with few testimonies and the media about what works for HIV.Desparate patients seek for these treatments without proper sceintific proof wether they work or not.

In this respect I would like to bring to your attention of a network that has been launched at the intitute where I work called SAHARA (social aspects of HIV/AIDS Research alliance) Eastern and Southern regional office at Tropical Intitute of Community Health and Development (TICH in Africa) situated at Kisumu. The first task at SAHARA is to collect evidence based information and best practises on social aspects of HIV/AIDS and dessiminate appropriately. Nutrition is a major aspect of this network. Please look out for this network I am sure it will be very useful.
