[pronut-hiv] How to subscibe to pronut-hiv

Two colleagues have told me that they have had trouble getting onto the pronut-hiv email list. Please could you tell me if I am giving them the wrong information about this. I have said:
To subscribe email to: majordomo@healthnet.org and in the body of the message type: subscribe pronut-hiv
 
Evidently when one colleague did this he received the following reply:

Can you tell me what they should do? Thanks, Ann
