To unsubscribe from ProNUT-HIV, send a message to:

 pronut-hiv-leave@healthnet.org

When subscribing or unsubscribing, the subject and body of the message
will be ignored, so it doesn't matter what you put there. When you
receive a confirmation message, you must reply to it to complete your
subscription request.
