I am requesting more information about the above-mentioned conference.
I am working for the National HIV and AIDS Programme South Africa and a
Deputy Director: Care and Support.
I manage the National Home/community based care as well as the PLHA
National Programme.

I have attended the previous community/home based care conference in
Dakar and even facilitated a round table discussion at the same
conference.

Kindly provide me with details of the conference i.e.
1. Theme
2. Objectives
. Background etc.

Also provide information on how to submit abstract including all
information about conference registration and accommodation.
