That's just ONE of the litany of lies this administration peddles. Here, we see they stick their heads in the sand about global warming.

They won't even ADDRESS the major driver of poverty in Africa reflected in 
protectionist agricultural subsidies to American corporate farming 
interests (not, generally, private famers which there are few left).

They want to destroy social security. They gave away BILLIONS of dollars to drug companies by not even trying to negotiate drug prices in the new 
changes in Medicare. They want to destroy social programs, institute 
religious (christian dogma), invade our personal lives, destroy the 
environment for profit, and by all means NEVER get ARV to more than a few 
Africans because intellectual property rights (ha--more like profit 
protectionism) trump human life.

But then, they're happy to lie to drive the world to war and kill, maim and mangle hundreds of thousands of men, women and children.

What's a few million Africans dying of AIDS?

Or starving to death? Or being even denied something as simple and 
efficacious as a multivitamin?
