Dear David,

Greetings. Sorry due to financial constraints i was unable to attend the course. As per your proposal of taking out this training to other Countries, I am kindly requesting you to send us your proposal and all the requirements e.g. Financial Budget, and materials and we would also like to Know how many days it would take. We can offer to Co-ordinate this training, promote in the media and through our local networks. Would you kindly let us know how much you would expect people to pay for the course and what would be the minimum and the maximum numbers you're interested in handling.

Yours,
