Central Africa Nutrition Focal Point Network Meeting
The second meeting of the Central Africa Nutrition Focal Point Network was held on July 20-22, 2005 in Brazzaville, Congo. The participants in the meeting were from Burundi, Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Chad, and Rwanda. The three-day meeting was comprised of one day update on the status of the network and nutrition activities in the Central Africa region, one day technical update on nutrition and HIV/AIDS, and the last day was dedicated to the review of the progress of the network and discussions on the way forward.
Countries presented on their nutrition/food security and HIV/AIDS activities and programs. ProNut-HIV will share the summary of these presentations as they are forwarded by countries
