[pronut-hiv] INFORMATION CALL CENTRE

I am looking for information on the HIV call centres. There is one in Tanzania, Uganda, Botswana, South Africa. I would really appreciate information
1.. No of people calling per day
2.. Usefulness of the project in providing information on HIV
3.. What kind of information is commonly addressed by the callers.
4.. Sustainability. is being funded or the caller pays a premium charge
5.. How long they have been in existence and what is the general advice if someone needed to start a program like this.
