I dont agree with Rachel Stern.
I feel that the writings of Mr George M. Carter, are VERY appropiate
to this forum.
He is not somebody who thinks that nutrition is just Biochemistry, or
a chit chat about nutrients without taking in account the socail and
political context.
That is the problem of the USA nutritionist and Dietitians.
Nutrition is not just food or nutrients, the same way that sex is not
just the sex act.
George helps us THINK OUT OF THE BOX.
