Glad to receive greetings from you. I am also working in the HIV/AIDS domain but the UN in Cote d'Ivoire. I suggest you ask your question to google search engine. Ask it for Conferences or diploma in HIV/AIDS Counselling. You may be lucky. What I am saying is that if you exploit the web, it may solve all your problems
