[pronut-hiv] Gut damage in infants from cow milk as a possible portal for HIV entry

If the occult bleeding takes place lower in the gut, then plausibility is now doubt less. I have not seen anything on how well virally infected cells in breast milk survive gut transport, nor do I not know where the actual gut damage from cow milk occurs.
But why would one doubt that if breast milk contains virus and gut damage leading to bleeding allows the breast milk to come in direct contact with the infant blood stream that viral entry could then occur?

Doesn't sound totally plausible. Is there
evidence of an intestinal entry?
