There is NO cure. Period.
There are some good treatments. A potent multi is one. ARV
therapy
constitutes another.
They're not mutually exclusive--and in fact may help via helping
the
body survive the mitochondrial damage and other toxicities ARV
may
produce.
Why is that so hard to understand? Aside from the confusion
that
arises from morons like Rath?
