[pronut-hiv] New HIV Fact Sheets from Pathfinder International

Pathfinder International is pleased to announce the publication of an
updated collection of HIV/AIDS Fact Sheets. These fact sheets highlight
Pathfinder's prevention, care, and support projects in 13 countries, as well as Pathfinder's expertise in key HIV/AIDS program areas, such as home-based care and prevention of mother-to-child transmission.
