[pronut-hiv] Nutrition short-courses

Hi all,
Can anyone suggest a university/institution that provides a short
course programme (6 months or less) in nutrition, preferably in Africa
or Europe? We're looking for a programme designed for nurses or other
health professionals who want to be trained in nutrition.
