2006 International AIDS Conference HIV and infant feeding PATH Satellite Session, #113
Infant feeding counseling is intended to be an integral part of preventing mother to child transmission (PMTCT) programs. During this session a panel of experts will address how counseling is taking place in actual programs, focusing on challenges experienced and the resulting needs for strengthening existing policy guidance and implementation practices.
