Dear ProNut-HIV member,
 
The purpose of this email is to give you some guidance to enhance the
use of the forum and to maintain a professional and cordial environment
for the discussions.
 
Guidance to enhance the use of the forum
 
ProNut-HIV messages must be related to nutrition - food security and
HIV/AIDS. 
You can ONLY submit ProNut-HIV messages to pronut-hiv@healthnet.org
from the exact SAME email account with which you subscribed. You may
subscribe using multiple email addresses but you must use these when you
send a message to ProNUT. Check from which email account you send your
contributions!
 
Before sending a question, check the ProNut-HIV archive at: 
http://www.pronutrition.org/archives.php, some of the questions may
already have been discussed.  
 
If you wish to answer/contact the person who sent a message to the
forum, after hitting the reply button, replace the address of the
discussion group with  the email address of the person you want to
contact. Personal messages are sent by mistake to the forum just because
the sender sends the message to the forum instead of sending it to the
person s/he wants to contact.
 
Messages from ProNut-HIV can be received either individually or in
digests. You can change the format in which you receive messages
(individually or in digest) by visiting your subscription options page
at:

Log in with your password. If you don't remember your password, please
use the password reminder service at the same page.

Attachments are not accepted due to virus risks.  You will receive
notification 
via email, if your message was found to contain any attachments.
 
Commercial messages and political attacks are not accepted.
