   You may also want The Ghanaian Experience on this subject. A similar
   Food Consumption Survey was conducted by the Dept of Nutrition & Food
   Science, University of Ghana, Legon and the Ghana Atomic Energy
   Commission in 2003. This was head by Dr WB Owusu.   You may want to
   contact him at the Dept of Nutrition and Food Science, Legon, Accra,
   Ghana for additional information.
